Refund policy

We happily accept returns or exchanges for unwashed, un-worn items within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Customers may purchase Re:Do return insurance and get unlimited free exchanges and returns for store credit. Customers pay the return shipping costs for returns for a refund.

Customers who do not choose Re:Do return insurance pay return shipping costs for exchanges and returns.

Final Sale and Lightly Loved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
