We make our Organic and Fair Trade Certified™ clothes in a completely transparent supply chain.We know our factories, their suppliers and where our cotton is grown. Our products are Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified. GOTS certification ensures that our cotton is truly organic and that every step in the manufacturing process complies with safety and environmental standards. Fair Trade Certified factories must adhere to rigorous social, environmental, and economic standards to protect the health and safety of workers. For every Fair Trade Certified product sold, Mightly pays an additional Fair Trade Premium directly back to the workers who make our clothes.
Mightly products are made with GOTS-certified organic cotton, Fair Trade certified factories, and recycled fibers — certifications we've built into every part of our supply chain from the start.
Rockets of Awesomeis a brand we acquired in 2025, and we love everything it stands for: bold design, clothes that let kids be kids. But we want to be straight with you — Rockets of Awesome products are not yet organic certified or Fair Trade certified. Bringing those same standards to Rockets is something we're actively working toward. We don't have a timeline to share yet, but it's a real priority for us.
We know that a lot of companies say they use organic cotton and expect customers to just take their word for it. We believe that customers deserve proof, which is why all our products are certified to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). You can verify our certification status and even view our certified products in the GOTS public database.
Mightly uses cotton fromChetna Organic Farmers Association. Chetna is a farmer-owned nonprofit that works with smallholder farming families in three rain-fed regions of India: Maharashta, Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. Since its founding in 2004, Chetna has worked with marginalized farmers to make farming a sustainable and profitable occupation. Chetna farmers do not use toxic chemicals to grow their cotton. The methods they use regenerate the soil and use 71% less water and 62% less energy than non-organic cotton farming.

$7.90 flat rate for standard domestic shipping for orders under $100.00.
Standard domestic shipping takes 5 - 9 business days.
Express shipping is available on all orders for $25.
You may purchase Redo Checkout+ to protect your order from loss, theft or damage in transit. If you choose not to purchase Redo Checkout+ your package will not be protected and Mightly, Inc will not replace or refund any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
International Shipping:
We ship internationally to the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Lightly Loved Shipping:
Lightly Loved items ship from a separate location than our other products. Therefore, these items will incur additional shipping costs if your cart total is under $100.
We never want to discourage people from buying pre-owned! If the shipping cost is preventing you from buying from our Lightly Love collection, contact help@mightly.com to have shipping costs refunded on Lightly Loved items.
We offer free USPS shipping on all US domestic orders $100+, usually delivered in 5-7 business days. Occasionally we will offer a free-shipping promo. Sign up for our email list on mightly.com to receive these and other promo offers.
International orders over $500 are Free Shipping, but customer will pay for duties/taxes.

We happily accept returns or exchanges for unwashed, un-worn items within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Customers may purchase Redo Checkout+ and get unlimited free exchanges and returns for store credit. Customers pay the return shipping costs for returns for a refund.
Customers who do not choose Redo Checkout+ pay return shipping costs for exchanges and returns.
Final Sale and Lightly Loved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom embroidered items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Product Information
Our customer service is always human. We do use AI for on-body model renders, so you can see how colors and prints look on different body types, and every render is checked by our team for accuracy. Our videos are never AI; those come from real customers and content creators. We'd rather invest more in the fabric your kids live in than in photo shoots. Using AI for images lets us put more into what you actually take home and keep organic within reach, so you're not paying extra for it.
Our quality commitment starts at the seed. The farmers who supply our cotton grow high quality, long staple organic cotton, which is perfectly suited to make our soft yet durable fabrics. In addition to using high quality materials, we have a quality control team on the ground that inspects our garments at various stages during the production process. Additionally, all production lots are tested for product safety to ensure compliance with CPSC regulations. Having said that, we're not perfect and occasionally a defective garment may slip through. That's why we have our 100 Day, 100% Happiness Guarantee. Just scan the QR code on the hangtag to register.
Our fabrics are washed before they are sewn into garments and therefore shrinkage is minimal with at home washing. There may be 1/4"-1/2" shrinkage in the length and/or width, but no more than that.
We recommend washing in cold water and drying on low. (It's better for the clothes and the environment.)
Sizing
Look for our size charts on each product page, which provide a range of estimated heights and weights and other measurements for each size for our various products. If you need additional help, you can email hello@mightly.com for personal support.
We do our best to design "true to size", but every child is different. Referring to our size charts on the product page is an easy way to choose which size to order. Common reasons promotion codes do not work are:

No, only one promotion code may be used per order. The highest onsite discount will automatically be applied.
Gift cards are redeemable on Mightly.com. Enter the the gift card code at checkout and the amount will be applied to your order. If your order is less than the gift card amount, you can use the same code again. The gift code will be active until you've used the entire amount on the gift card.
