Trade-in FAQ

  • What items will Mightly accept for credit?
    • Items must be in resalable condition (no holes, stains, or damage), no socks or underwear. 
  • What happens to items I send that are not considered resalable? 
    • If you include items that cannot be resold, we will make sure they are donated, or as a last resort responsible recycled.
  • What can I use my Mightly credit on? 
    • Any apparel on our website!
