Their salt selection is amazing too, along with teas and other herbs but our favorite is their Saigon Cinnamon. Our family adds it to everything from homemade pancake batter, fruit shakes, or as fairy dust on warm rice pudding. If you aren’t a Bay Area resident, no problem...it’s all available online!
